George and Sudeip’s Tribute to Michael Jackson

George Kuruvilla blogs at Rumination. I’m a techie by day and musician by night. I have been singing since the age of 6 and, aside from an initiation into carnatic music for about 2 yrs, I have had very little musical training. My musical influence spans all genres of music from carnatic to heavy metal.Sudeip and I go back a long way. We met back in college where he was my super senior. It is thanks to him that I started singing in college, it is thanks to him that I joined Muziboo and most importantly it is thanks to him that my wife heard me sing for the first time.
We covered this song a while back. I thought its only fitting to post it here today as a tribute to Michael Jackson. He has influenced both me and Sudeip tremendously. He’s an artist whose music transcends time. He defined a generation!

It is mesmerizing, Sudeip excellent on the Guitars the best guitarist have come across.
GEORGE KURUVILLA is the name for which i come to MUZIBOO the best singer with an unbeatable VOCALS, traverses all genres of music with absolute ease, fantastic mixing, versatility at its peak.
I call myself a fan of George’s music because his involvement in emoting the songs are natural, that we automatically get ourselves drowned into his songs move to an other world, to such an extent the romantic songs, has the sincere LOVE and care,
the Western beats makes one dance and swing in the air,
Patriotic songs even if it is a Hindi song, he just churns out the essence of the lyrics so much – that i am crazy and dependable on his music.
Further the harmonies brings more beauty to the songs.
Blessed with an incomparable Vocals and he is too good in high and low pitches alike, i declare him to be the best singer of my life, who covers every song amazingly well.
Hats off! to you both Sudeip and George for singing this extremely well and covering ‘MJ’ is no jokes:)
